logos-duo is als deel van het logos-ensemble de pionier van de experimentele muziek in vlaanderen sinds 1970

tien jaar later ontpopt het logos-duo, godfried-willem raes en moniek darge, zich tot wereldreizigers, die ondertussen in meer dan 30 landen verspreid over alle kontinenten van de wereld koncerte(e)r(d)en


deze cd brengt een staalkaart van oudere, maar nooit eerder uitgebrachte, en recentere logos-duo komposities en performances, die naast de komposities voor onzichtbaar instrument, waaronder "holosound", "a book of moves" en "songbook" eveneens deel uitma(a)k(t)en van het duo repertoire

in 1997 ontving logos-duo de titel van kultureel ambassadeur van vlaanderen: zij hadden toen reeds opgetreden in australie, nieuw zeeland, japan, china, thailand, rwanda, kenia, usa, canada, bralizie en vanzelfsprekend in tal van europese landen


<to gather> is gerealiseerd op een ogenblik dat het duo opnieuw is uitgegroeid tot een spektakulair <m&m> (mens en machine) ensemble; op die manier het pionierswerk verder zettend en uitdragend naar een grote schare jonge, vooruitstrevende musici die het lef tot muzikale vernieuwing blijven aan de dag leggen
